With a background in full-stack engineering and logistics technology, I have led products from idea to MVP, scaled internal platforms across 15+ sites, and driven digital transformation in high-complexity B2B environments. My work blends systems thinking, customer empathy, and strong program execution whether I am delivering SaaS tools, leading go-to-market iterations, or solving operational bottlenecks through platform design.

I have founded a consulting business (contract work) and launched products (like JUTS), built revenue-generating SaaS solutions, and introduced product-led practices for global organizations. I have also led distributed teams through Agile sprints, managed multi million-dollar portfolios, and delivered platforms used by hundreds of internal and external users.
